In the first two weeks of the projects, we held a semi-structured interview with our clients and set up our team communication.

Semi-structured interview

In our first meeting with our clients at X5GON, we decided to hold a semi-structured interview. The purpose of this interview was to get to know our clients and the project.

We prepared the following questions.

Project details:

• What exactly is the project?

• What are the main requirements for the project? send us?

Client, users:

• Who is the client?

• Who are the users?

• What exactly do they need?

• What are their goals?

• In what context will the users use the product?

• What is the main source of the transcriptions

Organisation:

• Who is our supervisor/are our supervisors for the project? What are Sahan and Davor's roles?

• The brief mentions that the project entails research. Do you have a timeframe for when we should complete the research part and start with the development?

Advice:

• Apart from the papers in the email, do you know of any other resources to get more familiar with the topic of this project?

Team communication

To facilitate efficient communication we set up a centralised team platform on Notion. On our team page we have sub-pages for collecting meeting notes, resources, to-dos, and other important parts of our project.

Plans

• Establish the project requirements with our clients

• Draft a Moscow List where we prioritise the requirements

• Develop user stories and personas for our product
