Progress

In the first month of our project we set up our team communication, and held our first client meeting.

In our initial meeting, we introduced ourselves to our clients at IFRC and we got better acquainted with each other. They then proceeded to give us a brief overview of their company, what they do and how they would like us to help them:

Team Communication

We decided to use WhatsApp as our main form of communication. Within the first week, we made a WhatsApp group chat. After our first Lab, we discussed what collaboration tool we would use, and we settled on Notion. We then made a team notion page, where we put everything related to the project for everyone to see and add things to. We put our to-do list, any useful links, as wella s meeting and Lab notes:
