Gantt Charts

At the start of the project, we thought it was necessary to use Gantt Charts in order to track our progress in a visual way. These allowed us to make sure we were on track to complete the project and made sure we took time to split tasks up into smaller sub tasks. This therefore meant that we could complete tasks in a much more efficient way. The Gantt Charts also helped us to see times when we were falling behind schedule which would make us complete the necessary tasks in order to put us back.
