The initial requirements were based on our client’s proposal brief, discussions in the first client meeting and our team’s research into value propositions of chatbots. These high-level requirements were not final and only served as a guideline for drafting our MoSCoW requirements.

- An interactive and engaging user interface that is easy for NET-A-PORTER customers to use
- Act as a filter between customers and human fashion advisors
- System should be maintainable as information changes are frequent for the fashion company
