Hello! We are Team 47, students who are second-year computer scientists from University College London.

One of our modules, Systems Engineering (COMP0016), required us to work on a project.

At the moment, we are working with RISE Cyprus on a team-based project which focuses on Machine Learning.

We are constructing a web application prototype to be used by a Telecommunication Provider company for verifying the customers in recording calls.

A part of the evaluation process is the verification of the customer which is a difficult task in the case this is not done by the call operator during the call.

We came up with a speaker recognition prototype to help the call operator to identify faster the person, rather than asking the caller.

The application will help the company to decrease the time needed for the evaluation process and improve its services, increase customers and revenue.

The impact of this application will help both sides.
