The Team's Structure

The team management was essentially roles we all naturally fell into. Each person was responsible for coordinating a specific role and enlisting others to help with that role. So we all took part in assisting each other in different roles and areas that we were interested in , and others needed help in along with the extensive research done by all of us.

Bagus was the Tech lead of the project. His vast technical interest in creating an optimal back end has lead to an efficient technical product that covers the main requirements that were discussed about in the meetings. Through a few debugging nights along with countless cups of coffee, he managed to create the windows app that successfully interacts with the band.

Iacovos was the lead UI for the project. He created an initial prototype for the UI covering all aspects which was presented to our initial client. After receiving feedback for that UI, he adjusted the features accordingly to create a smoothe and enhanced UI that is beneficial to the user experience.

Leah took the Product Management role in the team. She was responsible for interfacing with the clients to gather requirements, setting up meetings, presenting elevator pitches to various clients, putting together biWeekly reports, obtaining different technologies to work with, as well as putting together videos for our product's solution and to market it appropriately.

We all worked together to maximise the functionality of our product and determining how to implement a certain type of requirement into a 'technical feature'. Through extensive research, and many trial experiments performed, we were able to deliver an efficient solution that is fit for purpose, where the idea can be implemented across many different areas.
