Abstract
Problem Statement: Communities often struggle with unreported issues like vandalism and environmental concerns, alongside fragmented communication about local events. This makes it difficult for residents and businesses to collaborate effectively and address community problems.
Our Solution: We are developing a web-based platform, in partnership with NTTDATA, that serves as a central hub for community engagement. This portal allows users to easily report issues, engage in two-way communication with businesses, access community events, participate in forums, and stay informed through relevant articles.
Goals: By leveraging GenAI and streamlined content management, we aim to create an interactive, all-in-one digital community center that enhances community connectivity, promotes sustainability, and improves security. By utilizing green software principles, we aim to provide a "plug and play" solution for organizations to effectively engage with their local communities.
