Gantt Chart
Here is the gantt chart spanning the breadth of Term 1 and Term 2. As seen from the chart We have split the frontend and backend into individual tasks to be completed in our subteams. The deadlines for the majority of our tasks ended before we have major deliverables or meetings with our client, which allowed us to present updates to our client and request evalutations once we completed components of the system. This scheduling benefitted us a lot as we could get relevant criticism that we could iterate over before subsequent meetings.
