After getting in contact with and meeting our project partners, each of us came up with a project idea and made a concept poster which included project name, targeted users, problem it solves, etc.
After we looked back on the ideas we had, we decided to each think of another project idea as we felt we could improve on those ideas. Our project partners also agreed that we should think of some more ideas. This proved effective as our ARchi-Lens project was born from this.
After long consideration of each of the ideas we came up with, we decided on ARchi-Lens. This was for a few reasons: we felt it had the strongest use case out of all the ideas; it was the most practical to implement in the time we have; there is a gap in the market for this project. Once we decided to go forward with this idea, we filled in a lean canvas detailing many key aspects of the project. This helped us to formalise the project and identify key requirements that proved helpful when planning our project timeline.
