Our solution is a modern Log Viewer Tool that streamlines this process by combining a responsive user interface with advanced filtering options and an AI-powered analysis agent. The tool leverages Elasticsearch for rapid log indexing and search, and incorporates natural language processing to convert user queries into precise, customizable filter groups. Additionally, the integrated AI agent automatically generates concise summaries, detects known issues specific to Webex video calls, and suggests actionable resolutions—helping engineers quickly isolate and diagnose problems.
