Asset Usage Statement​

Our application allows users to upload and customise visual assets, including images for backgrounds, particles, and other graphical elements. While this feature enhances user creativity and personalisation, it is important to be mindful of potential copyright and intellectual property laws when selecting assets.

Users should ensure that any images, graphics, or other assets they upload are either:

  • Their own original creations
  • Licensed for free use (e.g., public domain, Creative Commons with appropriate permissions)
  • Used with explicit permission from the rights holder

Uploading copyrighted material, such as Disney characters, movie stills, or artwork protected by intellectual property rights, without proper authorisation may infringe upon copyright laws. We do not monitor uploaded content, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.

User Responsibility​

By using this feature, users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any assets they upload. We strongly encourage users to utilise legally permissible content and to respect the intellectual property rights of others.
