GDPR
To ensure full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our system is designed to process and store all user-submitted data — including images, audio, and video — entirely on local infrastructure. No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud-based services at any stage. All components, including embedding models, vector databases, and language-vision models, operate offline within a secure local environment. This architecture ensures that personal data remains fully contained and under the control of the project team, significantly reducing any risk of unauthorized access or data leakage. Users retain full rights over their data, including the ability to access, correct, or request deletion at any time, in accordance with GDPR principles of transparency, data minimisation, and individual rights.
