A.1. User Manual

To enhance your experience and eliminate any confusion we invite you to read our User Manual for detailed instructions on our system's features and functionalities.

A.2. Deployment Manual

This deployment Deployment Manual provides a step by step on how to run our project.

A.3. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)

1. Introduction:

This privacy policy describes how this application handles user data. It is important to note that this application operates entirely locally. No user data is transmitted to or stored on any external servers or by the application developer. All data, including uploaded files and chat history, remains solely within the user's browser or local system.

2. Data Controller:

As this application processes all data locally and does not transmit or store any user data externally, there is no designated data controller. The user is the sole controller of their data.

3. Data Collection:

This application does not collect any personal data. Any files uploaded or chat history generated within the application are stored locally within the user's browser or system. The application itself does not transmit or store this data.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing:

Since the application does not transmit or store any personal data externally, GDPR does not apply in the traditional sense. The application's functionality relies on the user's local processing of their own data.

5. Purpose of Processing:

The application's functionality requires the local processing of uploaded files and chat history to operate as intended. This processing is entirely within the user's control and does not involve external data transmission or storage.

6. Data Sharing and Transfers:

No user data is shared with any third parties, including the application developer. All data remains local to the user's system.

7. Data Retention:

Chat history is retained within the user's browser for the duration of the application's session. Uploaded files are stored within the user's local system until they are manually deleted by the user. The application itself does not persist any data.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies:

This application does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.

9. Data Security:

Data security is the sole responsibility of the user, as all data is stored locally. The application itself does not implement any specific security measures.

10. User Rights:

Users have complete control over their data. They can delete uploaded files and clear chat history from their local system at any time. Because no data is held by the application developer, traditional GDPR rights such as access, rectification, or portability do not apply.

11. Contact Information:

Since no user data is stored or transmitted by the application, there is no need for a dedicated data protection contact. For technical support, please refer to the application's help documentation.

12. Changes to This Policy:

This policy will be updated as needed to reflect any changes in the application's functionality. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

A.4. Data Governance Statement

1. Introduction:

This statement outlines the data governance principles for this application, which operates entirely on local data processing. There is no external data storage or transmission.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

Users are solely responsible for the management and governance of their own data within the application.

3. Data Quality:

Data quality is determined by the user's local data management practices.

4. Data Access and Use:

Data access and use are entirely within the user's control, as all data is stored locally.

5. Data Security and Compliance:

Data security is the user's responsibility. The application does not implement any specific security measures. Compliance with data protection regulations is not applicable due to the lack of external data processing.

6. Data Breach Procedures:

Since all data is stored locally, there is no possibility of an external data breach caused by the application.

7. Data Lifecycle Management:

Users manage the lifecycle of their data within the application, including creation, storage, and deletion.

8. Data Auditing and Monitoring:

Auditing and monitoring of data are the user's responsibility.

9. Training and Awareness:

User training on data management is provided through the application's documentation.

10. Review and Updates:

This statement will be updated as needed to reflect changes in the application's functionality.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this data governance statement, please contact one of us at
